In the forge we do two things. First we think, then we work. At least in here.
When I say "think first" I mean that a brand does not end in a logo. It starts long before and continues to live long after. These three principles are my first.
Inside
The logo is not the brand. The graphics are not the brand. The website is not the brand. The brand is the reason why all these things exist. When the reason is clear, the rest follows. When it is missing, nothing really works.
Less
Taking away is harder than adding. Adding is automatic — it comes naturally, born from the anxiety of filling space, from the idea that "the more, the better". Taking away requires a decision every single time. Is this element useful or do I just like it? These are two different questions, and the right answer is not always the same.
Outside
A brand is never finished. It is delivered. It leaves my workbench and goes on to live — it changes hands, adapts, takes hits, and gets worn out with use. What remains after use is the real brand. The rest was just the idea.
We Look.
You look before you touch. Website, social media, emails, materials — everything that already exists and tells the story of the brand right now. We listen to the client, ask questions, take notes. We figure out what is there before thinking about what is needed. No sketches, no proposals. Not yet.
We Work.
An idea without structure remains invisible. In this phase, the logic extracted in the Core takes tangible shape. We don't look for aesthetics as an end in itself; we translate strategy into geometry, color, and typography.
We Deliver.
The logic has taken shape, now it must occupy space and not remain closed in a file. From the digital domain to physical matter, we apply architectural rigor to every fragment of your brand. We don't just deliver guidelines, but a visual infrastructure ready to act. The project stops being an idea and becomes a presence.
